EDITORIAL DESIGN, ART DIRECTION [6.2023]How do you visualize the intersection between sexuality, religion, and car culture?
In June of 2023, I was commissioned to write and design the cover article for about sexuality and religion within the context of car culture for Leatherettte Magazine [sic] by Brent Lawson. Provided with the fully-rendered photos of the Ford GTX1 created by Hussain Agha and Wulcifer, the final piece incorporated religious imagery in tangent with scanned photos of found objects and digital aesthetics to contrast the conservatism of religious piety.Art Direction: Hussain “Verone” Agha, Evan Lau, Brent Lawson
